I’m asking more people to step up and get Josuhi’s ban lifted (if there’s any way to make that happen). He was penalized for supposedly criticizing the moderation team—but the guy didn't actually say anything negative about them. Look, I wouldn't be speaking up with such certainty if I wasn't absolutely sure this was just a massive misunderstanding. I was
right there
witnessing it all.
Please! And thanks in advance.

Whatever, we'll see how it plays out.

As body halleck would say: "Patience pays off in the end."

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Josh gets his ban lifted as soon as possible.
The guy simply didn't know better—and honestly, I doubt he'll make that mistake again. It was just an unintentional slip-up.

He’ll be over it in a day. Honestly, given his post count, he really ought to realize by now that there's no room here for whining about moderation—and if I recall correctly, it was actually his antics that landed several other users warnings or full bans. It might be worth a blunt reminder to everyone: the OFF section isn't some sanctuary where you can air your grievances regarding bans, partial restrictions, or perceived moderator bias.
Furthermore, the PŽK isn't meant to be a legal defense fund for your ego; it exists solely for appealing actual penalties. Josuha already filed an appeal and received a response.

It can also serve the legal profession if that's what's needed...

All right. 🙂

Everything's been laid out plain as day, totally cleared up.

If you listen to what @josuhi had to say, the mod action was more than fair—it was actually pretty textbook (you can check the specifics over in the ban list corner).

I’m sticking by the moderator’s warning here, mostly because you guys are basically complaining about your OWN penalties and your own confusion.

Look, hiring a legal defense isn't cheap in the real world; you're looking at $500$333 just to get someone to look at your mess, and then the hourly rates start climbing.
Lawyers make a killing off this stuff.

From the moment we have to start charging for legal representation, the mods aren't seeing a dime of it, so the only one losing out is going to be the "forum lawyer".

If you really want to show some love to your favorite forum regulars, there are better ways to do it. Send them a DM, or better yet, grab them a beer, a burger, some BBQ, or invite them on a hike up Mount Rainier in real life. That’s a much better way to show support or offer some sympathy...
