Font size in email signatures?

The system blocks me from updating my signature because the font size is locked at 1. It’s a reasonable constraint set by the admins to prevent cluttering the interface, much like how corporate policies limit desk space to maintain order.

Even though I have no intention of altering the scale—I am merely editing the content itself—the "BB Size Ne" restriction prevents any changes.

Is there a way to refresh the text while keeping the font size strictly identical to the current setting?

It seems certain signature features have been disabled for everyone, and I suspect file size limits are part of the problem.
And while we're on the subject, please trim those two extra lines from your signature; the rules allow for a maximum of three lines using the smallest font, which you are clearly exceeding.

It’s futile. No matter what adjustments I attempt to make, if I want to maintain the font size, nothing seems to work.

I totally get why it’s giving you trouble if you're trying to squeeze font size 3 into three lines when that actually breaks the rules.
The way it works is you can use font size 2 for two lines, or just stick to font size 3 if it's only one line. But looking at yours, it seems like you've found a little loophole where you have three sentences, and that last one is just long enough to stretch out into three lines on its own.
You should probably either ditch those first two lines with the dates and shrink that third line down to font size 1, or just cut the third line entirely and scale the first two back to font size 2.

btw, I think you might actually have the biggest signature I've ever seen on this whole forum.

Regrettably, the system forced me to use the standard font size just to update my signature.

I suggest the admin allow smaller font options for signatures; it would permit longer text to remain within the three-line limit.

How do I shrink the font size in my signature?
I keep seeing some people using that tiny, microscopic font in their signatures...

It looks like that feature is currently broken. :/

Seriously, bring that feature back already, it actually means a lot to us and we’re basically just out here struggling without it...😁

Just wrap your signature text in and then close it out with (and maybe clear out those empty fields I put in here just so you can see how the code looks!

It looks like things are acting up again... I previously had my red signature centered at the smallest possible font size, but now that I'm trying to tweak just the text itself, I've hit a wall—apparently, the size, color, and positioning are all being blocked
