If anyone here has actually dealt with robotic rehab using BrainStation over at the Mayo Clinic, I’d love to swap stories—because my experience was anything but positive.😵

Look, I need to add this. I actually started rehab using the Ekso Bionics, but after only four days, I called it quits. Why? Because the staff over at the Mayo Clinic are using this ridiculous little cushion with straps that they fix directly onto the pelvic area, which then gets hooked right back onto the Pelvic Belt. It’s nonsense.
To lift the patient about four inches off the treadmill, they basically have the entire weight hanging from his genitals. Seriously. The staff tried to convince me that this was standard procedure—told me I’d get used to it after two or three days. I told them they were delusional. By the fifth day, I demanded my bill and walked out. I wasn't staying. I contacted Honeywell, the people who actually manufacture the Ekso Bionics system, and they cleared things up immediately. They informed me that you’re supposed to be using the Pelvic Belt that sits below the hips. Which, obviously, is how it should be done.
