How to recover a forgotten Outlook password

I’m sitting here staring at this brand new computer, feeling like a total idiot because I can't even get into my email on Outlook since I managed to lose my password somewhere along the line. Does anyone know if I can just call up AT&T customer service to figure out what it was, or is there some other way to fix this mess so I don't lose my current email address when I move over from my old machine? I'm planning on sticking with Windows Vista, just like I had on the old setup. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can throw my way.

You certainly can. Just give AT&T a call and have them reset your password for you.
