Honestly, finding an LED monitor that doesn't absolutely wreck my eyes is becoming a mission. Back in the day—with old-school CRT monitors or those older LCDs that didn't rely on LED backlighting—I never had any issues at all.

The whole LED thing just doesn't sit right with me. Every single one I’ve tested causes some level of discomfort, though the intensity varies wildly. I'm talking everything from screens I can't look at for even an hour, to ones that only bother me when I'm staring at a white background—basically, anything involving reading text.

My old LCD finally kicked the bucket, so it looks like I'm stuck with LED tech now. Is anyone else dealing with this? Any recommendations for an LED monitor that isn't a total strain on the eyes? Price isn't really an issue.

Check out some Dell monitors that have a low blue light setting. Just make sure you grab an IPS or a VA/AMVA panel—stay far away from TN panels. Set that blue light filter to -30% and you’re golden.

Something like this, for example: https://www.nabava.net/monitori__90?...846,322,994053
