Need help updating my laptop BIOS

I was wondering if it’s actually worth the hassle to download all those drivers just to push a BIOS update on my Razer Blade 15. Does anyone know if doing this will actually give me a noticeable boost in FPS while I'm gaming, or am I just wasting my afternoon?

Specifically, I'm looking at these BIOS updates listed on the official Dell support page

It’s not going to give you any extra FPS in your games.

A new BIOS usually just fixes hardware compatibility issues or tweaks things like fan curves. Honestly, unless you’re actually dealing with problems, I wouldn't touch it. Updating carries a risk of unexpected errors that could turn your laptop into a very expensive paperweight. If you really want to risk it, go ahead.
