Need help for my son, please

My son is asking for something specific for his birthday, and I am honestly at my wit's end trying to track it down—I’ve already scoured BabyCenter, Target, Walmart, everywhere... and absolutely nothing. Does anyone have any actual leads or suggestions on where I might find this?...
