BIOS Settings Wrong

Every time I boot up my PC, I’m greeted by this error message from the title. It gives me the option to hit F1 to run SETUP or F2 to load the default values and keep going.
When I try F2, it spins for a bit and then the computer just reboots itself.

I already swapped out the CMOS battery and fixed the date and time settings, but I'm still seeing the exact same prompt.
I tried switching the SATA mode over to AHCI, but it won't stick. Every time I go back into the BIOS, it's reverted right back to SATA.
Anyone have any other ideas or advice on what to try next?

Did you remember to save those BIOS Settings Wrong before you exited? You might want to try a hard reset on the motherboard.
