It is obviously those drivers running behind Richie.

And... ? What do you mean "trash"? One second in Monaco?
If they didn't prep for the rain, how else are you going to describe that result?
☕

And don't think for a second I'm just posting nonsense here.
Obviously, I'm looking for people who actually know what's going on—give me some inside info, some exclusive scoop. Ideally before the race starts, or at least during the first live broadcast today.

Looks like rain. We might see a miracle run from Manor again, scoring points, or maybe McLaren pulls off the win first!?
Plus, with this weather rolling in, could we be looking at Kimi grabbing one last, farewell victory before he hangs it up!?
Think about it—if Olivier Panis managed to pull a win in that mid-field Ligier, why couldn't Sergio Perez do the same in FI today?
Or if fate decides to play its hand, what about Daniil Kvyat in STR?

Am I reaching too far here?
Am I being too optimistic?
Is my imagination running wild?

It looks like Williams might have actually outsmarted everyone when it comes to prepping for heavy downpours.
If you listen to the reporters on the ground, they’ve spotted what look like oars sitting right there in their garage,
some of them looking short enough to be used for a canoe.
As soon as McLaren caught wind of this, they immediately filed an official protest, demanding a full inspection to ensure those
paddles actually comply with all the aerodynamic regulations.

If the rain decides to make an appearance, it might just provide young Verstappen with the perfect opening to utilize a wet-weather setup and really shake things up on the track.

The current situation in Monaco is looking a bit damp; there’s a light drizzle falling just two hours out from the green flag. That basically means we're looking at a start on intermediates. Expect pure chaos—a complete shuffling of the order, inevitable safety cars, plenty of contact, and pit strategy becoming the absolute deciding factor.

Ugh, the anticipation is killing me. I’m pulling for Hamilton to take it, naturally. If anyone actually knows how to dance a car through the rain, it's him. Vettel is also a serious contender, and Ricci shouldn't be overlooked either.

🙏

If the rain keeps coming down, they’ll postpone the race and just go with the results from the Spanish GP. 🕺

It isn’t pouring right now—just a light drizzle. But after those downpours last night and this morning, all the rubber has been washed off the track and temperatures have tanked. Grip is going to be non-existent. I heard there was already a massive pileup at Turn 1 during the Porsche race this morning.

I’ve got this nagging feeling that Mercedes is just going to shoot themselves in the foot again today, leaving the door wide open for Ferrari to snatch up the win...

Honestly, this level of stupidity deserves a lifetime ban from the internet.

It’s going to be interesting today—we'll see just how much RB and Germany can pull off in the rain. I’m expecting a top 5 finish from Sebastian Vettel, while Williams Racing and Force India should definitely be fighting for a spot in the top 10
