Issues with Google Forms

Hey everyone,

I’m having a massive headache trying to get Google Docs forms to load properly... it just won't work right.

Instead of displaying correctly, it keeps showing up like this:

If anyone has any idea how to fix this mess, I'd really appreciate the help. 🙂

Don't want to clutter things up with a new thread, so I'll just drop it here...

Can someone walk me through how to actually format text in Google Forms? You know, indentation, bold, italics, all that good stuff... 🤦
