CPU: Intel Core i3 (3.40GHz), Socket FM2, 1MB cache, NVIDIA GeForce GT 730
MBO: Asrock FM2A88X EXTREME4 - Intel LGA 1155 Motherboard, ATX, Dual Channel DDR3 - 2600 , Integrated Intel HD Graphics, DirectX 11, pixel shader 5.0, max. 2 GB (shared)
RAM: Patriot Viper3,2133Mhz,8GB (2x4GB)
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 2TB SATA 3, WD20EZRX Seagate BarraCuda 2 TB SATA 3 , 2000 GB, SATA3, 64 MB
PSU: Zalman 500-GS_II PSU, 500W, ATX12V V2.31
Mid-Tower ATX Case

Looking for some feedback here.
Is there any chance the RAM will be bottlenecked because the CPU can't keep up with its speed—or conversely, could the processor benefit from faster RAM?
What's the verdict on the power supply?
If this build has any major flaws, I'm willing to shift things around slightly to adjust the price—nothing crazy, though.

Honestly, this build is pretty bad and totally unbalanced:

-The CPU is weak and just isn't worth the money
-That motherboard is way too expensive for a chip this low-end
-The RAM is also overpriced for what you actually get
-A Seagate BarraCuda is too slow to be used as an OS drive

The power supply is fine, I guess, but you could probably go even lower spec here.

Just let me know what you're actually planning to use the PC for and we can dig up something better. Buying this dual-core Intel Pentium is probably a waste of cash.

In terms of integrated graphics performance, you'll find the Intel Celeron G1820 actually outperforms the A4 5300 as far as the CPU goes.

Thanks for the suggestions.
The setup would basically just be for browsing the web and offloading footage from a digital camcorder.
