Hey there. I'm seeing this specific error message on my laptop, just like in these screenshots. Is this a sign that my hard drive is failing or something else?

Yeah, probably the drive.

Edit:
To be more specific, the issue is likely with the OS on the drive. The hardware itself might actually be fine, but that error message is basically saying it can't find an operating system to boot from.
Of course, the drive could be physically dead too.

To be more precise, the issue lies with the OS on the drive. The hardware itself might actually be perfectly fine, but that error message is telling you it can't locate the operating system.
Of course, there is also the possibility that the drive is physically broken.
