I'm 17, standing about 5'11" and weighing around 140 lbs. I play volleyball, though I’ve been MIA from practice lately due to some personal stuff... The thing is, I am CONSTANTLY hungry. Like, nonstop. I can eat all day—mostly fruit, but I have a major sweet tooth and love salty snacks too. Is this even normal? I feel like I'm eating way too much and I'm worried about what it'll do to my body. Any advice on how to stop this constant craving?

Honestly, looking at how tall you are, you're actually at a perfect weight 😉

Don't sweat that constant hunger pang thing too much—as long as you're eating a bit of everything. I mean, it’s not like you’re just living off candy and dodging anything green, right? Plus, you stay active enough that it all just burns right off anyway.

That feeling of being hungry all the time is probably just tied to those "personal issues" we talked about... because let's be real, people react to stress in totally different ways. Some people can't stop snacking when things get heavy (yours truly 😁) and then there are the ones who can't even look at food when they're stressed 😁

I’m dealing with the exact same thing. I feel like I'm constantly snacking, but luckily, the scale just won't budge. 😁 I went through a whole battery of tests and everything came back totally normal, so honestly, it’s probably just stress—which is likely what's going on with you too. Just to be safe, though, maybe hit up your doctor for some bloodwork or something just to get that peace of mind... Also, try chugging some water whenever that hunger hits. Sometimes when you're dehydrated, your body just sends out fake hunger signals because it's actually thirsty.

Go see a doctor, seriously. It might be some underlying physiological issue you need to get checked out. Beyond that, just stay hydrated and try eating high-volume meals to feel full.

Look, you might be dealing with insulin resistance or just high insulin levels

Seriously though—you need to go see an endocrinologist and get some real, deep-dive testing done
