Phenom II X4 955 BE vs. FX X6 6100: Which one should I pick?

Which of these two processors would be the better pick? I realize they’re both getting pretty old, but they'd cost me no more than $167 used. Is it even worth pulling the trigger, or can I find something actually decent for under $167 on the secondhand market? I'll mostly be using this setup for gaming
