I'm looking at two different setups for a home PC—mostly just browsing the web, some gaming, movies, that kind of stuff. I could use some input on which one makes more sense, though the differences are mostly in the fine print. Or if anyone has a better idea for this budget:

1) $1833
Intel Core i5-4460 s1150 Crucial
Crucial 8GB 1600MhZ
ASRock H81M-HDS, 1150
Gigabyte R9 280 WF3 OC,
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM
Zalman Z3+ Case
7 frac-psu-int5
Samsung SH-224DB SATA

2) $1717
PROCESSOR: Intel Core i5 4460, 3.2GHz, Haswell architecture
CPU COOLING: Intel 1155 CERTIFIED CPU FAN & HEATSINK
MOTHERBOARD: Intel® H81 Chipset
MEMORY: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz, PC6400
GRAPHICS CARD: AMD Radeon R9 270 2GB DDR5 (New Generation)
HARD DRIVE: 120GB SATA3 SSD
Optical Drive: DVD+-RW DL SATA black
SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 5.1 AUDIO
CASE: Sharkoon gaming, black
POWER SUPPLY: 500W
NETWORK CARD: Onboard Gigabit LAN Network
USB PORTS: Built-in USB 2.0 & 3.0 Ports

The first one is being custom-built by a company on order, while the second one is already finished and ready to go.

Here’s how I’d balance the build out:

i5 4460
ASROCK H81M HDS
Crucial 8GB 1600 MHz
Intel 520 120 GB SSD SATA 3
Toshiba 3.5" 1TB SATA 3
GeForce GTX 760 2GB DDR5
FSP 500W 80+
Zalman Z3 Midi ATX USB 3.0

That comes to about $55.70—and yeah, that includes assembly and shipping.
