Anxiety about CDC infection

Maybe I'm just overthinking things... I'm heading to the doctor tomorrow to get a referral for a urologist to figure this out, but I wanted to see what you guys think?

Look, I’m no doctor—definitely not an expert here—but jumping straight to worrying about the CDC because of a fever seems like a bit of a stretch... especially since a high temp isn't even the usual way that shows up.
Let's just look at this theoretically for a second; maybe she was using some kind of cream with weird ingredients, and when you came into contact with it, it triggered an allergic reaction or something... just a thought.
