Sorry if this topic’s already been covered. So, I started this medication, and the label says it might cause weight gain. I’ve been on it for a week and I’m actually down a pound. Maybe it’s just me, but everyone I talk to says they lose weight instead of gaining it. Ideally, I shouldn't be gaining OR losing. What’s your experience been? Anyone figured out how to just stay exactly where they are?

Honestly, the scale going up or down shouldn't be your main concern. Everyone reacts to AD differently; just because someone else packed on some pounds doesn't mean you're destined to do the same. You might gain a little, you might drop a few, or you might just stay exactly where you are. It really all boils down to how your body handles the AD and what your eating habits look like.
There’s more info on this in the Psychology PDF 🙂
