Look, while your grandfather was busy herding sheep in some Small town, USA, mine was living in the heart of Times Square. My dad was, too. I assume the actual historians and intellectuals from that era know who belongs to whom, rather than you—coming from a town that barely saw electricity until a tragedy hit back in the late 70s.

Imagine if I tried explaining the history of your hometown to you after your granddad moved to Miami. Wouldn't that be ridiculous? ☕

I don't even want to bother responding to that.

This whole debate is mindless. I'm out. 🙄

Are you gone? 🤷
imagine if I explained American history to you and told you the first city with streetlights was in the South 🤷

and imagine if I called you backwards and rural when my own last name actually translates to "Farmer" 🤷

think about how stupid that would sound ☕

If you actually understood football or American history, you wouldn't be mocking that name 😉

It’s just ridiculous when someone with a name like that acts like they're some authority on civic duty☕

And besides, who else actually gives a damn about football and history anyway?🤷

They don't call them big-city types for nothing. They actually know what's up.😁

Man, I'm done. Just chill. It's just the internet...

I honestly don't get why the Boys are getting so worked up over this interview with Prle.... Up until now, it's always been kind of a joke, just messing around with lines like "we founded you," but everyone knows that's just banter. It’s pretty obvious they formed on their own and were hanging out long before that name even existed.

And look, Prle was just telling it like it is. He wasn't saying it had anything to do with the matinee or the local bars, just that those guys were there, Ico basically brought them down to the beach, and it was all just part of the story.... No one from the Ultras showed up and said, "Alright, from now on, you're called this and that." 😁

zgblue is making the biggest stink about it, but then he just falls apart because it was super obvious from his first post that he didn't even listen to the actual interview

And at the end of the day, that whole Prlina story has already been pretty much settled as legend on that other forum.

@sidrun, who's actually representing the Boys in that first photo? (The one with the late Belgian)

Getting fifty people to actually sit down and read this entire manifesto from start to finish would be an uphill battle, let alone trying to get the whole North Side on board... unfortunately.
But hey, we can always dream. 😍

It’s just important that we always talk about how tough things are... because honestly, it wouldn't be possible over there, and every single time someone gets drunk, they just absolutely wreck themselves... It isn't about pointing fingers at one person, it's about all of us... We have such incredible talent, but hey, we won't even try because it feels like it's just out of reach...

It could certainly be made to work if one were inclined to try.
The primary issue, I suppose, is this incessant repetition of lyrics, which honestly just drains the soul out of the whole thing! Perhaps if someone actually bothered to put together a definitive studio version, we might see some progress.

I’ve loved you since my earliest memories, my champion
and whether we’re celebrating a win or weathering a storm, I am always right there by your side

People tell me I’m losing my mind, that I’m wasting my life away
burning my throat and my nerves through endless sleepless nights—but I don't think I could do it any other way

Every dream and every desire I hold is tied directly to you
so go out there, play your heart out, become the champion, and make those dreams a reality for us both

In truth, what I seek from you isn't even the victories themselves
it is simply that brave, relentless spirit of yours that everyone knows so well

When I eventually grow old and cheer for you for the very last time
I will pass away, while you remain eternal—though I guess that is an obvious truth most of us already accept

Right here in your home territory where I will always stand to support you
new faces will take my place, standing tall and dreaming the exact same dreams! 😁

It isn't about pointing fingers at one specific person; it’s on all of us. We have these incredible chants, but we won't even try to get them right because nobody wants to step up and take the lead...

I haven't been part of as many drunken attempts as you have (😬), but from the little bit I've experienced, the singing was actually pretty damn good.

As far as I'm concerned, we could spend an entire Sunday game just drilling these specific chants until everyone either learns them or grows to hate them. But looking at it realistically, if we can't handle the drinking if you don't step up, we’re going to struggle with this too. I know we aren't some tight-knit frat or a formal choir, but we really should (😍)stop the chant mid-way when things start speeding up and just restart from the beginning until we nail it properly. And I don't just mean this one song; I mean all of them. If we just ignore the problem and let people sing whatever they feel like, we’re never going to fix the lack of unity. Honestly, it would be enough if everyone just followed the drum (which also shouldn't speed up) instead of stubbornly pushing their own version of the rhythm.

The trick is just cutting out those repetitive lyrics—they really kill the momentum! It would be incredible if someone actually took the time to put together a definitive "study edition" version.

I’ve loved you, my Rangers Supporters Club, for as long as I can remember
Through the wins and even when things go south, I’m right there by your side

People tell me I’m crazy—that I’m wasting my life away
Giving my all, straining my voice and nerves, losing sleep... there’s just no other way to be

All my dreams and wishes are tied directly to you
So play your heart out, take that championship, and make those dreams a reality for me

Honestly, winning isn't even the main thing I'm looking for
It's just that legendary spirit of yours—everyone knows what it means

When I finally grow old and cheer for you one last time
I’ll pass on, while you remain eternal—though I suppose everyone already knows that part

Right here in the North, where I’ll always be your biggest fan
New faces will take my place, dreaming those exact same dreams! 😁

Absolutely, it freaking is. 😉

But before we even get to that, let's address the fact that the guy in this video isn't just drinking; he’s performing:

Because of that one love we're born with—the kind that never fades, the kind that becomes your entire existence until you can't breathe without it... I love you, Yankees...

These songs? They’re on a whole different level than anything else ever sung in the stands.

I don't know—maybe Sevic's just having an off day? I guess. Nancy Carter4 says:

I honestly thought we finally had it—like, things were actually gonna start going right for once. Such a bummer... maybe I was just being too optimistic.

wanderingcobra18 said:It’s just like we always say—everything here is such a struggle, we probably couldn't even hack it out there. And honestly, every time someone gets wasted, they just end up making a massive mess of things... I don't mean to sound like I'm pointing fingers at one specific guy, but more like it's on all of us... We have some killer songs, but whatever, we aren't even gonna try because it's just not happening.

Look, it works when everyone's wasted—no doubt about that. The real issue is you can't just test this song once or twice at the stadium and call it quits... we probably need to grind through it like 6 or 7 times first. Because if we actually pull this off... man, we could honestly belt this out for the entire half. Of course, that’s assuming we don't totally butcher it like we did with that one classic from the end of last season... I still haven't forgiven anyone for what they turned that anthem into.
The Rangers Supporters Club needs to start posting this link everywhere—get it out there so people actually hear us, I guess. We’ve got nothing but these "meaningless" home games left this season to start pushing it... and honestly, maybe we're finally ready to kick things off for the new season. 😁

Exactly. The real issue is that it sounds freaking awful to us, and the people walking past our section are absolutely disgusted, wondering what kind of moronic nonsense this is.🤣🤣

Honestly, the NBA stands have been a total mess lately because the Rangers Fandom keeps trying to force it—the Rangers Fandom, over and over again. It’s not even about how heavy the lyrics are or the rhythm anymore; it’s just about making sure people AREN'T allowed to actually sing. It’s the same old bullshit every single time.😁 I don't know what else to say, but I agree—if you don't even try, you're never going to succeed...
