Is anyone else dealing with these kinds of symptoms? I'm talking ringing in the ears, tingling sensations in my head, dizziness, fatigue, anxiety, cold sweats, and things like that...
It’s been happening to me for quite some time now, though it developed gradually. It started with the ringing in my head, then progressed to the tingling, followed by headaches and vertigo, and eventually, the constant nervousness.
My doctor insists it’s all because of smoking (honestly, if you smoke, doctors tend to blame everything on it). So, I quit smoking, yet nothing has changed. When I went back for a follow-up, she just dismissed it as "all in my head" and told me to simply forget about it. How exactly am I supposed to just forget about this?... I'm actually becoming hesitant to even go back, fearing what she might say next.

Could be a panic attack. You been under a lot of stress lately?
Mental health can absolutely wreck you if you aren't careful.

My only real stressors right now are school and my brother, who won't stop messing with me... 😁

How old are you?
Look, doctors aren't idiots; smoking is bad for you, and you don't need to be a smoker for thirty years to start feeling the effects.
What’s your blood pressure like? Low pressure can definitely cause symptoms like these.
If it were just ringing in your ears and dizziness, we might look at neck issues, but since you mentioned sweating and anxiety, that points toward psychological factors. Then again, it could easily be both—maybe a neck ache triggers some worry, which leads to panic, and suddenly everything feels five times worse.
You don't have to be under extreme stress for your mental health to take a toll. If you're a bit more sensitive, you might experience reactions in situations that seem perfectly normal to everyone else.
If you're feeling truly terrible and just can't calm down, please insist on getting at least some basic tests done.

I mean, if you ask me, that whole situation sounds a little bit like someone's losing their grip on reality.

I’m 17 years old, turning 18 in just a few months.
Is it possible this is being caused by my posture? I spend a lot of time lying in bed using my laptop, usually in some pretty awkward, twisted position. When I feel it, the anxiety starts to kick in, and then the ringing begins... it just keeps getting louder and more intense until the panic sets in. It honestly feels like I'm losing my mind...

The more you panic, the worse everything feels, doesn't it?🙂 It's such a vicious cycle...
You could certainly speculate that it's your spine, but wouldn't it be best to get your back and neck checked out by a doctor just to be sure? Regardless, next time that ringing starts, try to take a deep breath and see if calming the panic helps ease the sensation.

You need to start training. That’s what fixed more problems like this for me than anything else.

Are we talking about specific exercises or something else entirely?
