Jackass: bad Grandpa

Total garbage.

I actually found myself laughing quite a bit, which is more than I can say for plenty of movies that claim to be "better" comedies. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you're just looking to type "prank movie" into a search bar, you aren't going to be disappointed here.

Personally, I thought it was great.

I look up "prank" all the time, and this movie is garbage. The humor is just poorly executed, even if the concept had potential.
There are maybe two or three funny moments in the whole thing.

The fact that kids under 18 are rating it highly says a lot.☕

I’ve never really been able to get into those Jackass movies because, honestly, they just seem more stupid than actually funny to me, right? But I have to admit, this is the first one that actually caught my eye, so I’m definitely planning on giving it a watch.

The movie is honestly great. You can tell the crew was just having a blast while filming, and that positive energy really shines through on screen. I love that kind of vibe... there you go 🙂

I mean, how much of an idiot do you actually have to be to buy a movie ticket and then just walk out halfway through? Like, you might as well stay until the credits roll, no matter how bad it is, I guess...
This flick is honestly great because most other movies lately are just filled with stuff that totally grosses me out, but this one feels different... it’s almost like a real movie shot with a hidden camera or something, which I really dig, and I can't believe they actually made the lead guy look like a legit old man...

Regardless of how you look at it, the movie landed an Oscar nomination, and while I haven't kept up with the rest of the field to judge the competition, there’s a legitimate shot that Bad Grandpa pulls it off and takes home the trophy. 😁

It's for makeup—and honestly, he’s got a pretty solid shot at taking it home. There are only two others in the running.

The movie is killer. They did such a crazy job masking Johnny—kid's a total legend!

Tried watching it the other day, but honestly? It was such a drag I ended up turning it off halfway through... I definitely expected more from this than what I actually got.
