Setting things up this way just invites people to trash public hospitals, which doesn't really help anyone have a productive or helpful conversation.

Look, if you've actually got a grievance, the smartest move is to take it straight to the department heads or the hospital administration... and if that goes nowhere, then hit up the local news... but just dropping anonymous negativity here? Yeah, no thanks.
