You guys are just sitting here chatting away, even though the debate over 🙂 is still wide open 🙂

ambermason16 said:We've officially reached the stage where the "colleague" moderators are just trading jabs behind the scenes instead of keeping things professional here. Honestly, if any users actually had a question or an issue during these past few days, they would have voiced it.

But nobody dares to say a word, because the Executioner is just waiting for a chance to target his favorite colleague in such an inappropriate setting. He’d practically blow a fuse if he didn't take the opportunity to tear her down. Purely "collegial," of course.

Well, you folks on this sub-forum finally got what you wanted—you can finally feel that famous moderator vibe...

My poor, dear Forum... 🍿

Either he's making a joke out of this entire sub-forum and everyone in it—acting like some mod "nobody's ever heard of"—or he's just being disrespectful to those who actually put in the effort to moderate this place.😉

If only it were even remotely funny or charming, but alas...

It's just completely pointless...

If it were at least funny or charming, maybe I could deal... but no.*

It's just pathetic...

It *is* a joke. What's the point of having a thread about placebos in a spirituality section? It mocks the community, it mocks the users, it mocks the entire forum. And in the process, it perfectly highlights the complete lack of discipline, seriousness, and professionalism from the moderators over the last two years. The fact that this thread is still sitting here wide open speaks volumes about what the higher-ups think of this kind of behavior.

They shut down Manchildu’s perfectly legitimate topic—using the exact same excuse every single time, I could probably recite them by heart at this point—just to bait him into a reaction so they can hand out more bans. They kill threads that call out similar issues, yet this absolute circus remains untouched without any sanctions. It’s almost as if they're all sitting back, laughing their heads off at the chaos.

*Ditto.

I honestly don’t know what movie you all think you’re starring in, but the whole point of this thread was just to poke fun at Blue Bird—which, by the way, is the very topic I switched from philosophy to spirituality to complain about just a few days ago.

So, look, it was an inside joke. This thread wasn't meant to be funny for everyone—I actually expected that some people would get it and others wouldn't. I certainly didn't expect to be accused of being unprofessional, or of mocking the forum or any other nonsense by people who seem to be reading from a completely different script. It feels a bit much to be dragged into these dramatic accusations when I have no idea what they're even talking about, so I can't really defend myself against things I haven't done.

Anyway, thanks for your input, I guess. If you could just be kind enough to redirect all that righteous indignation toward the people who actually annoyed you, that would be great. Just let me be here to hang out with the few folks who—unlike the rest of you—didn't mistake this thread for mere entertainment, but understood it was intended as a provocation.

Guys, do you even realize I haven't slept in two days because I'm freaking out? Seriously... Did Placebin call it quits or what?

Since Placebin is being so incredibly stubborn about sharing their marital status, I’m just going to go ahead and close this thread. 😳
