USB-A to Dual Mini-B Adapter

Hey, can anyone help me out here? Does a cable like this actually exist, or maybe some kind of adapter that would let me hook something up similar to this setup?

Look, you aren't going to get very far trying to power two different devices off a single USB port—it just doesn't work that way. Sure, I’ve seen plenty of adapters that go from USB-A to Mini-B, but I haven't seen anything doing the reverse, and honestly, why bother? Just grab two separate 1:1 cables instead. It's much simpler.

USB is a point-to-point standard, so I guess what you're asking for just isn't possible.
