🤣 I was just waiting on you 🤣

The only way I'm coming with you is if we stop somewhere for some BBQ ☕

I'm only riding with you if we hit up a BBQ joint for some ribs along the way ☕

Let's stick to light eating this time. The wives are gonna pack us some fruit and whole grain snacks anyway. My blood pressure is already spiking just thinking about all that salty stuff—bacon, brisket, ribs...

If someone in Dallas drops even a tiny little rag, it’s showing major respect to the visiting squad during a community cleanup. It’s tough to get everyone together to go out and do charity work in an away city—so many things can go sideways...

Obviously it's different... honestly, every single flag that's been dropped up to this point meant way more than this one. No actual group was even carrying this thing... it’s basically just like that one pathetic scrap from the old Chicago days.🙂

Where are you even coming from right now?🙂>

Peter Phillips2 said:Of course it isn't the same. Every single scarf we've picked up until now was worth way more than this junk. No real crew ever wore this. This is just some cheap knockoff from a strip mall... 🙂

Take it easy, kid. You're gonna give yourself a headache if you keep banging your head against the wall like that.

Does it say "New York Yankees" on it or not? Was it even bought in NYC?
It’s easy for us to talk because we don't give a damn about those little details. But once you slap a hardcore supporter logo on a shirt, you're basically asking for trouble... 🤣

My grandpa could walk into a print shop tomorrow and ask them to print up some blueprint for a BBB skyscraper... does it say BBB? Yeah, it does. Are there skyscrapers in Chicago? Sure there are.
Look, a crash is a crash. Don't try to tell me your grandad was holding the papers or that you've never even heard of those skyscraper crews before...

I’m not going to peddle illusions here. To me, the value of those rags is no different from the gear the Red Devils gathered in the Bay Area. We're talking about thirty-yard tarps that have never actually seen a game in person.

What I really wanted to drive home is that the squad did attempt to make a move while playing away. Sure, anyone with eyes could see they were an easy target, but when a team tries to pull something on the road, any reasonable person would say "fair enough."

My only hope is that some idiots don't try to ride this wave; I could easily stir up trouble with the derby fans myself. But go ahead, if you want, find them out in Los Angeles—they're everywhere. Go ahead and risk getting busted by the cops, facing bans, potential jail time, or even having to deal with the actual hardcore elements.

So why are you guys being so quiet? This guy dropped thousands of bucks and put his whole heart into making that transfer happen, and then he’s hauling all that extra baggage from Minneapolis on top of it. Now you're all acting like it's nothing. How's that supposed to make him feel?

If I had to bet on what happened last Sunday, I’d say our fan energy is going to be a total disaster again...

So, is anyone actually doing anything about it?

So, what’s actually being done about this...

Bring back Lekić and everyone under eighteen around him... just so they have something decent to post on Facebook...

Gary Green32 said:I don't want to talk nonsense right now, but honestly, I feel like those rags aren't worth anything more than those banners the Black Knights fans collected. They're just thirty-yard tarps that probably haven't even seen a single game.

I guess what I was trying to get at is that the team really stepped up and took control out on the road, and even if people noticed they were an easy target right away, anyone watching normally would say they handled themselves perfectly.

I just really hope some idiots don't try to stir the pot this time, because I could probably get myself in trouble too if I tried to rally the fans for the big derby. Honestly, you can find plenty of them hanging around downtown Los Angeles, so go ahead and take that risk if you want—deal with the police, the bans, maybe even jail time, or the chance of running straight into a real confrontation.

I guess maybe you shouldn't be picking on people over how they talk on the forum, and honestly, it might be better if you just went off to brag about those Minneapolis fans instead. 🤣

It’s pretty ironic, really. You’ve got this group that basically built its entire reputation by tearing down banners from rival fans. Now, suddenly, they’re pointing fingers and calling everyone else out for doing the exact same thing.

I mean, look—if the whole damn establishment actually steps up and the Black Knights really light the place up, then yeah, huge respect. I’ll give 'em credit where it's due, screw the haters, and just let 'em roll...

As far as the atmosphere goes, those three speaker stacks are a killer idea, provided the sound system actually holds up—otherwise, what's the point? But honestly, when the crowd was going at it, they were loud as hell. It wasn't even close to being a half-hearted attempt, so there is absolutely no way you can say the energy wasn't there.

Jonathan Lewis3 said:When it comes to the chanting, those three bars were solid. If only the sound system hadn't been such a disaster... honestly, when people were actually getting loud, they sounded great. It’s not like anyone else even tried, so there's really no point in saying the energy wasn't there.

I was talking about those chants where you get three or four repetitions and then that echo carries through the stadium while everyone's yelling... any cheap, DIY sound system would have been a godsend given how many people in that crowd just refused to sing along...

Largely? Isn't it mostly? Every single one of those 70 banners you guys have were stolen from other fans.

As far as the cheering goes, I think the setup with 3 bars was a solid idea, provided the sound system actually works. Otherwise, when people were really going at it, it sounded great. There wasn't even a real attempt from anyone else, so it feels a bit unfair to say it wasn't good.

Thank God it's finally over.

You’re comparing apples to oranges here—comparing today's highly organized supporter groups to the unorganized crowds of the past.

1. Since when were the users on this forum actually members of the group? 🤷
2. How can you say they aren't? Just look at the Black Knights in the suburbs. Besides, which other club's fans carry banners other than the big local rivals? 🙄

Do you know what else is hilarious about your post? This whole obsession with "supporters." 🙄 Get a grip—back then, being a "supporter" was effectively the same thing as being an ultra. Especially within the Black Knights. Every time you people post some old photo saying, "Man, look how many of us were in Chicago back in '95," and then later act superior by claiming "supporters" used to lose their banners, you're basically insulting your own history. You're spitting on ten years of your own legacy. 😉
So, what was it? Did the Black Knights, the West Coast Crew, the Powder Kegs, the Downtown Boys, the Mob, the River Rats, the Valley Boys, the Coast Guard, and whatever else... did they all fall to mere "supporters"? 🤷 Or was it actually the heavy hitters from the main cohorts and the outskirts? 🤷
