To nail that beat on the drum and really get the whole crowd in the stands moving, you need someone with that natural instinct. They have to have a feel for the timing, the lyrics, the vibe... everything.
Keep pushing, guys—it’s not all gloom and doom.

Andrew Brooks7 said:I’m totally with you on that one—honestly, those guys were out there giving it everything they had to get the crowd buzzing, trying every trick in the book to spark some kind of magic in the stands. I mean, look, I know they’ve played a ton of games by this point, but today? It was like watching them walk into Yankee Stadium for the very first time, just completely wide-eyed and unsure. Still, I gotta tip my hat to them for actually attempting it; like Tyler Thomas15 said, you really need some serious guts to even try pulling something like that off.

So, that’s really the heart of it, isn't it? The biggest headache we're facing is that the people who actually give a damn about the Chiefs and our whole crew pretty much see eye to eye on almost everything, but because we just aren't talking to one another enough, none of that actually gains any traction. We need to find a way to make that obvious, you know?
Man, just imagine if they looked like that back when they first stepped foot into the stadium. It’s exactly what I was trying to tell you, honestly. I mean, these guys are absolute legends—some of the most elite players of their generation when you look at the sheer mileage and the grit they put in during games—but there’s just nothing that can actually prepare you for the reality of standing there in front of 7,000 people all staring at you, just waiting to see what kind of move you're gonna make next. It's heavy. 😉

Quote: insider 2
Tyler Thomas15 said:So, you really want me to break down this whole "sense of community" thing for you? Honestly, I’m not even sure where to start, because if you look at how people act around here, calling it "unity" feels like a bit of a stretch, doesn't it? It’s all just a lot of noise and shouting, most of the time.

Good luck trying to explain that to a guy who’s been riding with the Chiefs for forty-four years and sat through over three hundred games, only to suddenly decide he wasn't showing up to the Raiders section during the last few matchups against Columbus and at Yankee Stadium.

So, you’re seriously trying to tell me that you actually believe we pulled off some kind of coup or launched a full-on assault on the folks over at the CIA? I mean, honestly, where do you even get this stuff from? It’s pretty wild to me how some people can just look at everything happening and jump straight to those kinds of massive conspiracies without blinking an eye.

So, I was just sitting here wondering if we’re actually going to make it to the birthday celebrations without some kind of leadership from the CIA, or if you guys honestly think the Raiders can pull this off entirely on their own.

Look, Star... maybe I should just give you a call on your cell, then you can see for yourself that you aren't exactly addressing me with the proper respect. 🙂
Let me just highlight that one thing you said:
Look, you’re gonna have to walk me through that one again, because I’m sitting here trying to wrap my head around how you can be so damn sure there was some kind of coordinated coup or a targeted hit on the squad—especially when you were right there in the thick of it with us.

haha, alright then. 😉

Look, I can honestly tell you that everything is just completely sideways right now, and if you ask me, the real issue—the absolute heart of the problem—is just this massive, glaring lack of communication. I mean, I’m probably the first one to get worked up, or feel pretty bummed out about how things are going, but when it comes down to it, we all need to get on the same page and stand together as one unit. If we actually pull this off, if we really commit, then knock on wood, this is going to end up being the best thing that ever happened to the Raiders. And obviously, Steve and everyone else is going to be right there in the thick of it with us. 😉

John Richardson5 said:Man, you really just love jumping in here, don't you? You're always posting away like you know exactly what's going on... but honestly, you haven't got a clue about what actually happened or what was decided...

What are you guys even obsessing over? Seriously, specifically regarding SL... he's basically stepping out of the spotlight now. It’s about the collective strength of the group, not some individual cult of personality. Most people just talk nonsense without actually understanding the core of what we do... it's like most folks don't get it at all...
You really have to give those guys from the warehouse a nod when it comes to the fan scene. Honestly, everything they’ve pulled off for the Raiders was purely for the team... they never did it for themselves...

The whole crew from the CIA has been swapped out... but which group are we even talking about? There isn't even a real board of directors anymore. It’s all just official paperwork on a desk while one single guy calls all the shots. I mean, what are you guys actually talking about here...

Jason, am I seriously saying it doesn't matter what was agreed upon???? Go back and read what I wrote again...
Honestly, I think the guy is the best choice for the heavy lifting right now. Most people would probably agree... I'm definitely not trying to play boss or decide who's in charge or whatever, just sharing my two cents...

Those guys probably have more games under their belts than I do... but honestly? They can probably score way more often in the paint than they can off the rim...

The guy is currently the best option for the stands; most people will probably agree. I’m certainly not trying to decide who leads or doesn't—I'm just stating my opinion.

The guys have plenty of experience, maybe more than me, but they can likely contribute more on the field than they can in the bleachers...

Why do we keep circling back to the same old arguments? Let's move forward and actually build something. Just cheer for the Kansas City Chiefs and leave it at that. It really doesn't matter who ends up running things on the sidelines; once everything settles, it'll be Steve or whoever else when the dust clears. Personally, I don't lose any sleep over this stuff. You cheer for the club, not for specific individuals or certain groups. Get involved, step up, put in the work. We've had enough drama and nonsense; we need a little more actual communication.

As for me, I'm over and out from this forum.

Personally, I don't lose any sleep over that kind of stuff—you root for the club, not for specific people or certain cliques. We just need everyone to step up, get involved, and put in some actual effort. There’s been way too much complaining and drama lately; maybe if we just talked to each other more face-to-face, things would be smoother.

As for me, I'm over and out with this forum.

AMEN!

And honestly, a lot of you are going to be pretty surprised by the new leadership and the way things are going to run now, especially regarding the Star... just hang in there for a bit.😉

Also, cheers,🙂

View from the east side, near the second entrance from the southeast.
The cheering was pretty lackluster today, aside from a few euphoric bursts.
I wasn't sitting in the north section, so I can't say for sure what's happening up there, but it’s honestly quite bad
compared to how things felt during previous seasons.
As for the Choreography, it's top-tier for this league, though I won't even touch the flare situation—I have no idea
how much sense that makes when you're just trying to support the club.
I ended up dropping a good chunk of change $60 on three tickets today, and I really wish everything
would stay within the club instead of part of it being tied up in penalties.
But here is the main reason I decided to post.
After the game, near the south exit, I spotted a thick, gold-toned muscle bracelet.
It features the Kansas City Chiefs crest, and on the back of the charm,
there are three letters engraved.
If anyone happens to know anything about it, please reach out via PRIVATE message. Naturally, I'll return it to the owner.

A few small observations on my part...
Mistake number one: you can't have three different people rotating through the security checkpoint, let alone all of them crowding it at once—and both scenarios actually happened.
Mistake number two: there’s this pointless insistence on pushing the same old signs (like at Yankee Stadium), while actual good ideas get ignored and the timing of the messaging is consistently off.
Mistake number three: the general attitude of the guys at the gate; you get this feeling they’re just on a trip, ready to snap and start swinging at someone at any given moment.
...and so on, if I were to list them all.
I’m saying all of this in good faith; I believe it’s better to speak up than to sit back in silence, especially when everyone is acting like an expert on communication.
Don't go blaming people for everything, because very few truly understand what it feels like to lead such a massive crowd—even if it weren't this specific group, even a much tougher leader would likely lose their bearings.
I agree that everyone deserves more chances to prove themselves, but after last night, I'm leaning more toward the idea that this really comes down to raw charisma.

It seems as though Steve isn't just showing charisma for his first game, but rather he’s been cultivating it throughout his entire first year??
... it really just comes down to hard work.

If I were getting paid by the hour for every time Steve Lennon got absolutely roasted in the bleachers over the last year, I’d be sitting on a massive fortune by now. One minute people are complaining about some poorly written anthem, the next they're losing it with excitement, and then he’s off playing the martyr with a bunch of sob stories. It’s wild to see someone get torn apart like that so consistently after having four and a half years of experience leading the group.

We’re seeing the exact same pattern play out again. Look, I’m not saying the atmosphere has been perfect lately, but give the leadership some breathing room to actually build up some momentum. They have plenty of experienced people scattered throughout the stands to help course-correct things internally; they don't need to be taking orders from internet trolls. Let them find their rhythm and gain some traction. This is actually a huge leap forward for the Raiders, even if it doesn't feel like it right now. Besides, our energy always seems to mirror how the Kansas City Chiefs play, and last night was an absolute disaster on the field. Honestly, I’d much rather read these cynical comments if we had actually walked away with a 4-0 win.

God, you people are absolute idiots... seriously. After a performance like that where the photos show the entire fan base outshining you, and given the mess the Kansas City Chiefs are in right now, you’re just sitting here talking nonsense. 🤷 It’s common knowledge that trying to lead a chant when the stands are packed with any major group is pure science fiction because there are too many posers in the crowd.

Anyway, props on this edition. Good luck with your fight for the Kansas City Chiefs, because the only reason Momma keeps such a tight grip on our scene is because the team itself is so weak.

Watched the game on TV last night. Honestly? I felt like the atmosphere was pretty lackluster. It hurts more seeing how we just stood there after that missed chance following the break, while the other side actually stepped up. If our crowd had shown even a shred of energy, maybe we’d have seen a goal and a real celebration in the stands.

The support will eventually hit the level it needs to be, while the losers whining all over these forums will just keep crying about it.

Andrew Brooks7 said:The Choreography for the (5) section was basically non-existent... honestly, the guys trying to lead things today just don't have that leadership spark. I guess you aren't born with it, but you can try to find it eventually... on to the next one.

Oh, please... people are just looking for any excuse to be miserable and refuse to cheer. 🙄

Just one bit of advice... they really need to put someone in the northwest stands who can actually stay focused for the entire game.

That has to be the single most misguided take I’ve ever seen on this entire forum—by a long shot. The Raiders have never dealt with issues like that; if anything, the more crowded the North Stand was, the more the atmosphere felt like "one soul, one body"... It really speaks volumes about your "expertise" if you think you can actually lecture anyone about the Raiders.

The atmosphere was pretty rough, though maybe it felt okay for a moment there. We move on. The guys out there gave it their all, and honestly, it’s not their fault when the crowd from the CIA section spends more time messing around—throwing papers at people near the railings—than actually supporting the team. Or when they intentionally drown out the cheers meant for our point guard. There aren't any conspiracy theories at play here; that’s just how the night went down. If any of us had been standing right by the goalposts yesterday, half of us probably would have been just as loud and obnoxious. I'm proud of us regardless, especially the lower section of the CIA, where things stayed respectful. We've got the big game against the Los Angeles Lakers coming up soon... hopefully, we can find a better rhythm then.

Gary Green32 said:If I could get paid a single dollar for every time Smith got absolutely roasted by the crowd in the stands over the last year, I’d be a millionaire by now. Seriously, how does someone manage that? One minute he’s failing at basic communication, the next everyone is losing their minds with excitement, and then suddenly he’s moping around like a total martyr. It’s honestly wild that after spending four and a half years learning the ropes of leading a fanbase, this guy still gets taken to task by the stands on a regular basis. Does he ever learn?

It feels like we’re running into the exact same wall again, doesn't it? Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the cheering wasn't great, but shouldn't we give people a little breathing room to actually find their rhythm? Experience takes time to build, and eventually, the fans will figure out what isn't working by listening to the people right there in the stands—thank God we have plenty of passionate supporters in the crowd, so why on earth should we be obsessing over what everyone is shouting on the internet? We just need to let things settle and let that collective experience grow naturally, because this really is a massive leap forward for the Hell Angels, even if it doesn't feel like it just yet. Besides, our energy always seems to mirror how the Kansas City Chiefs are playing on the field, and since last night was an absolute disaster, it's no wonder the vibe felt off. Honestly, wouldn't it be funny if I were reading all these same critiques if the Chiefs had actually pulled off a dominant 4-0 win?

It is absolutely hilarious, isn't it? Honestly, Smith managed to drive the entire fan base into a total frenzy from the very first game! 🙄 It really takes a lot of patience and steady effort these days, doesn't it? It’s just not like the old days where some drunk could just stumble up, take charge, and suddenly think they're running the whole show.
Miller really needs to stop whining about how the fan leaders run things and start offering some actual, constructive suggestions on how to make the atmosphere better. I mean, seriously, does anyone actually believe it’s easy to grab a megaphone or a mic and command the attention of five thousand people when you've never done it before? If they think it's that simple, they are living in a total fantasy land. I remember one time I tried stepping up—and honestly, I was half-assing it because I was exhausted—and within two songs, I couldn't even remember what we were supposed to be singing anymore! So, maybe everyone who loves to talk trash should take a moment to imagine themselves standing there, trying to lead a crowd of five thousand people, before they open their mouths again.
I honestly can't help but feel that the atmosphere would be three times more electric if the Kansas City Chiefs were actually playing better, because right now, this whole game just feels completely lifeless, don't you think?
