What a massive disappointment. Honestly, I am absolutely livid with Kobi and that one driver over at Williams; Gumbek lost three whole seconds just navigating those three turns.🙂Still, seeing that +1.7 gap looks incredibly impressive, especially when you consider that fastest lap display around lap 50 or so. Sebastian Vettel being nearly two seconds faster than Gumbek—and even more than the rest of the field—is quite something.🙂There were moments where I genuinely felt like switching the channel and never looking back at this ridiculous sport again.
And yet, Gumbek really could have snatched it. Those folks over at Red Bull Racing, along with their lead driver, are honestly just amateurs, and I truly believe Sebastian Vettel would have faltered if he had seen Gumbek looming in his rearview mirror. Traffic is such a nightmare.🙂

And don't even get me started on those nine seconds lost in just 500 meters following the Safety Car.🙂Vettel pulls away while the ones behind him just sit there, and Gumbek isn't allowed to make a move until they hit the finish line.🙂

Did I hear that correctly during the press conference? Did Sebastian Vettel actually claim the Safety Car screwed him over because he supposedly had a 30-second cushion up until that point?😕😕

I am almost certain he said 30, though he actually only had 18.

Gumbek is a true class act; in the end, he doesn't even bother showing frustration toward those amateurs trailing behind him.☕

Anyway, did you catch the race? Especially those final ten laps? 😁

Well, if I hadn't been watching, I wouldn't have been satisfied with just a +1.7 gap, but since Red Bull Racing was faster by nearly a full second per lap for about 80% of the race, this feels like a massive loss.

It was honestly incredible when they showed the fastest lap on lap 52.

Sebastian Vettel 1:48.8
Button 1:50.6

Button is already miles ahead of everyone else, and that's not even counting the rest of the field. Newey has absolutely ruined the season for the viewers; it would have been incredibly boring if his two drivers weren't such slowpokes.

That’s about how much time Sebastian Vettel was clawing back per lap—exactly when he needed to, and exactly when he wanted to.

And before that? Massin had the fastest lap, clocking in at over 1:52. 😁

Or is it just that boring you're already scrolling through the forums?😂

Just finished watching it.
🤣
Right as I was typing this, I finally hit record on the replay.

Lewis Hamilton should've just walked straight up to him and handed him a freaking box of tissues 😉

Here I am. Fine, I promise I won't mention Fernando Alonso.😁

BTW, seriously boring race.🙂

Dammit, if it weren't for the SC, they probably would've lapped everyone down to 2nd place.

Anyone got a clue why they penalized Lewis Hamilton again?😕

And did you see how pissed Felipe Massa was? Good lord, he absolutely lost it during his interview with BBC.🤣 "It's all nonsense, it's all absolute nonsense."🤣 He might as well have said Lewis Hamilton nearly killed him.🤣

jebote, I don't even like Lewis, he's not my guy, but this penalty is incredibly stupid. Massa is definitely taking over the No1 civil servant spot at Ferrari.🤦

Paul di Resta 🙏 👍

🤣 🤣 yeah, seriously... like, how do they not realize Hemić has to make the pass because he's got the momentum, even if he ends up flying out of his car? 🙂 🤣

It’s probably just natural. 😁
And there goes David Coulthard on the BBC again, acting all unbiased while talking about Deda Koba. 🙄

Anyone got a clue why they went after Hamilton again this time?

"Because of his skin color." 😁

Let’s be real, if it weren't for Ljujis, this race would have been mind-numbingly boring. Just like the last one...

Basically, McLaren is the only reason this season is still interesting. Between Button’s wins and Ljujis just being his usual self ☕

honestly, thanks Lewis for all the drama because we can all have a good laugh at his expense—it's actually wild how clueless he can be sometimes 🙂 and shoutout to Button for actually using his brain while driving and showing everyone how it's done 🙂

EDIT: this Jergović guy is tripping. Seriously, what makes him think Button is somehow less talented than Lewis? 😕 🤮

Just another tedious race... the only real change from the last few is that I keep hearing Aleš instead of Mladen echoing through my speakers 🤮

Honestly, it's no surprise Hemoš Bog is his God when they're basically cut from the same cloth. 🙂
