MS Silver 301 Webcam Review & Setup help

I am at a complete loss here. I bought a new webcam, and while the video quality is fine, there is absolutely no audio. It has a built-in microphone, and even after downloading and installing the drivers from the manufacturer's website, the sound still won't work. 🙂 🙂
Any assistance would be sincerely appreciated.

Go into your sound settings and enable the webcam mic

Control Panel > Sound > Recording

Everything is plugged in, yet nothing happens. When I test a different camera, everything works perfectly fine, but this one just won't respond.

Maybe try another computer

Everything works perfectly fine on my other computer. On this one, Canyon runs without any issues, but MS is acting up, and I can't figure out why. It seems like when I plugged it in, the "found new hardware" notification didn't even pop up in the bottom right corner. I'll just swap those two out soon, then everything should be running smoothly.
