Rhinoplasty: My experience and questions

Hey there... hoping I run into someone sane here who can actually share some real experiences and recommendations. So, here’s the deal: I’m from San Diego, and after years of overthinking it, I finally pulled the trigger on getting a nose job. It’s purely cosmetic—no breathing issues or anything medical to fix, just aesthetics. I went in for a consultation with Dr. Miller back home, but we weren't really on the same page. I have zero interest in looking like a plastic Barbie; I just want a nose that looks natural and normal. I’ve since had a consult with Dr. Harrison, and now I’m stuck spinning my wheels between him and Dr. Bennett. Anyone been through this? I'd love to hear what you guys think.

So, is it actually possible to just lift the nose slightly to smooth out that bump without having to narrow the nostrils? Like, nothing else. People keep insisting that you can't do one without the other, but I really don't want to deal with narrowing my nose if I don't have to.
