Need help picking a monitor

What do you all think would be the smartest move here? My main goals are gaming and watching movies in Full HD!

1. Dell XPS 24 2

2. Dell XPS 23 ..this is the only one with a 2ms response time

3.HP 24 4.

4. HP 24 4. -- used for about six months, still under warranty for another 2 years, and in great shape since it was mostly just used for office work (just for $300).

Thanks in advance 🙂
