Let’s be real, if we drop both games in the group, we don't deserve to move on, regardless of what happens with the third-place tiebreakers...

It's actually pretty funny watching this thread go back and forth. Yesterday, everyone was clowning on the French because they were stuck at zero points, but today suddenly everyone's talking about us playing for 7th place while the French cruise through to the next round. Typical.😁

The matchup against the French is going to be just like today's game, assuming we can get past that massive inferiority complex we have toward them. Honestly, a lot of our issues come from how they play so aggressively and the refs just let them get away with it instead of calling a clean game. In my opinion, the French have been worse than the Spaniards in this tournament. We absolutely have to beat them the day after tomorrow. After today's loss, there's no other option—we can't end up in the same pathetic situation as those water polo players. And look, we can win this without even playing the game of our lives; we just need to channel that energy from the first half today or that game against Norway...

Why all this bashing toward Ivano Balić or anyone else? Spain is simply better, plain and simple. And where did this idea come from that they were our customers? They absolutely dismantled us in the World Championship final like nobody ever had before (and honestly, nobody has since).
In all honesty, if Alilović wasn't playing at about 300% of his actual capability, we wouldn't have even made it out of the first group stage. As it stands, there might be a slim chance of making it to the end if the Frenchies really are as bad as they look.

France finally pulled off the win! I heard rumors that their manager is already calling up some fresh faces to keep the momentum going for the rest of the tournament. Do you think he might actually bring Thierry Henry back into the fold?

Look, losing the first two or three is just part of the game, that happens. But after that, you’d think it would be logical to stop running the exact same predictable play over and over, especially when the Spaniards clearly figured him out. 🙄

And then, of course, it's always the refs' fault once the whistle blows. 🙄

Back in the Chervarov era, we used to have games where our goalie would make 7 or 8 massive saves and we'd still only win by two. Now, our keepers are finally stepping up and making huge plays, yet we're still coming away with losses.

What does that actually tell you about how we're playing on the court? 🤷

Did Kopljar commit a foul at the start of this clip? When the Spaniard scored, Kopljar got hit with a 2-minute penalty. To me, that felt way too harsh. It’s like the refs were just sitting there itching for any excuse to screw us over.

The defensive lapses from Kopljar and Čupić here are honestly a joke. First, the ball flies right past Čupić, then he gets blown by, and finally, Kopljar is too slow to close the gap—so they end up giving up a goal and getting caught shorthanded.🤦

It feels like we're being robbed by the referees, the delegates, and Karabatić in Athens 🙂🙂🙂

The plays by the Cop and Čupić are kind of ridiculous here. First, the ball just flies right past Čupić, then he loses his man entirely, and then the Cop is lagging behind on the coverage—and of course, they end up scoring and getting a power play out of it. 🤦

I'm not seeing why that guy got sent off either...🤷

So, this incident actually went down, and from what I’ve been following, two people were injured. The attackers have apparently been taken into custody... As for why they did it... well, there was this flag with some kind of bulldog on it, which is supposedly a symbol for BBB, and they even took photos of themselves with that flag and posted them online...
