Fever and diarrhea: any advice?

The only symptoms I'm dealing with are a mild fever—maybe hitting 99°F at most—and some loose stools. It’s not full-blown diarrhea, but definitely not "normal" either.🙄 This goes on for at least 6 or 7 days straight. Everything stays exactly the same—nothing gets worse, nothing gets better.🤷 My temp will drop, then by the evening, it creeps right back up to around 98.5.

Most likely just a stomach flu. Fevers usually tend to spike in the afternoon or evening, so that part isn't unusual. Just make sure to stay on top of fluids.

When I am—yeah, obviously no diarrhea then. But the second I try eating like a normal person again after three days, it comes right back.🤷

Then you need to stick to the diet for at least a full week!
