1344: While the heavy hitters head back to the garage, it’s just the mid-pack scrap for those precious grid spots. Sutil and Perez managed to snag some top-10 finishes, which is actually pretty impressive if you think about it. Schumacher barely scraped by at the buzzer too. On the flip side, we've gotta say goodbye to Di Resta, Petrov, Kobayashi, Heidfeld, Barrichello, Alguersuari and Maldonado.

Did they extend the track or something? 😕
Lani the times were sitting around 1.18.xxx—this season we can't even break 1.20😕
And every single race up until now has been either right at that mark or actually faster.🤷
I'm just as lost as anyone else here. I mean, they've got KERS, they've got unlimited DRS, and yet the lap times are somehow slower... 🤷

Even the folks over at the BBC are scratching their heads 🤷
We're talking a 2-3 second drop here. That's not nothing—and that's without anyone even having a bad run or anything else going wrong.😕

Way too optimistic; tomorrow we’re looking for nothing less than total victory.
Honestly, Sebastian Vettel is getting so exhausting with this incredibly slow-witted way of talking.🙄

it’s just the same old story where they start blaming the car for everything again, it’s honestly getting predictable 😳

It smells like yet another convincing win for Sebastian Vettel. I truly hope I'm wrong about this one.

Look, Martin Brundle knows exactly where to aim when he's calling things out. 👍

Man, if the frontrunners had been this evenly matched from the very start of the season... we would have been looking at an absolutely legendary championship battle. But hey, I suppose these two opportunists are just talented enough over Sebastian Vettel to at least keep the title race spicy. It’s such a shame about Jenson Button's luck during those last two races; if things had gone even slightly differently for him, he’d be right in the thick of this fight too.
I honestly don't see how Sebastian Vettel can hold off both McLarens tomorrow, especially since their lap times are looking almost identical.

Man, you guys catch that? Seeing how the boys showed some respect to Mark Webber for just being real about it... ☕
edit:
Red Bull Racing driver Mark Webber: "No way I could do that lap time. I did my best. Strange one. We see how sensitive the tyres are and today I didn't extract enough out of it to be further up the grid. Yesterday was nip and tuck, today there's a gap. We need to look at it and do our best tomorrow."

now Martin Brundle's basically echoing the exact same thing
