I stumbled upon them by total accident back in the fall of 2008, and I haven't stopped listening since. 👍

I was on edge waiting for the Awake & Alive album to drop, and now I have their entire discography and all their tracks saved on my hard drive.
Out of everything they've done, I’d pick Whispers in the Dark, Comatose, Awake and Alive, Hero, Monster, Better Than Drugs, Live Free or Die, Forgiven, Fall Inside the Black, Forsaken, The Last Night, Rebirthing, The Older I Get, Those Nights, Savior, Looking for Angels, Yours to Hold, A Little More, Say Goodbye, and One Real Thing.

Actually, Skillet is what got me hooked on other Christian rock bands.

I feel the exact same way. Skillet is easily my favorite band, and honestly, I don't think I could ever get tired of their music.

Extreme's new album "Rise" is finally dropping!
From what I've gathered so far, it looks like they're leaning into a conceptual direction, focusing on the universal struggle for individual rights and human dignity. Honestly, the single they released sounds pretty solid, so I'm feeling optimistic—I just really hope the full album delivers on that same level and doesn't leave me hanging 🙂

Actually, "rise" is already out. I've got their whole discography.

Anyway, I'm obsessed with this band. They're top-tier. Tracks like "Lucy", "One Day to Latiti", or "Awake and Alive" just hit different for me.

I don't usually listen to rock, but their Whispers in the Dark and Comatose are absolute top-tier tracks 🙏

Skillet - Sick of It playing on Monster makes the keyboards way too prominent... they definitely have better tracks out there than this.

For me, this is easily one of their best, right up there with "One Day Too Latiti," "Say Goodbye," and a few others 🤷 Plus, with the whole story behind this track... I’d probably rank it among the saddest things I’ve ever heard.

But honestly, the rest of their stuff is solid too. 🙏 Definitely one of the better bands out there 👍
