So, I’ve been dealing with this constant neck stiffness for about ten months now. In the beginning, my neck muscles were actually twitching and spasming quite a bit, though that part seems to have settled down relatively lately.
My X-ray results for my cervical spine show some arthrosis and a slight kyphosis—basically a little hump—around the C5-6 segment when viewed from two different angles. The intervertebral spaces look fine, though.
Now, I’m trying to figure out if this is actually what's causing this non-stop stiffness, and more importantly, what kind of treatment is usually recommended for addressing arthrosis (you know, that loss of the natural neck curve).
