We absolutely need three straight wins if we want to take control of our own destiny. Sure, if other results fall our way, maybe we won't need the full six points, but let’s be real—we have to hunt down every single win possible.

Argentina should be an easier target, while Poland and Sweden are going to be much tougher tests. Honestly, I think the Poles are our biggest threat out of this group, and then you've got the Swedes playing on their home turf. But look, "easy" or "hard," it doesn't matter. If we keep playing the way we have been—especially on defense—we're in trouble. Our offense basically relies on one or two guys scoring everything, and if our goalies don't start making more than two saves a game, we are finished.

It really makes you wonder... honestly, what would it do for us if we had Venio Losert standing between the pipes today instead of these two guys who seem to be constantly riding an emotional roller coaster? Just do a little digging—it won't take long—and look at the average age of most starting keepers out there. If someone like Šola was able to hold down the net until he was 39, why on earth shouldn't Losert be able to pull it off at 34?! It seems perfectly reasonable, doesn't it?

I’m not exactly suggesting that every single one of them needs to be out on the field—that would be a bit much—but at the very least, a handful of those guys really ought to be getting some playing time...
