For me, the first one is the absolute best—I remember watching it back in the day, and there's just something about that street racing vibe that hits different now. It makes me a little nostalgic for when I first saw it... then I'd say the third one is up there too; even though they introduced a whole new cast, it still keeps that racing theme alive, so I'm a fan. After that, I'd rank them second, fifth, sixth, and finally fourth (the plot gets a bit messy in that one, but it's still a decent watch).

Honestly, the fourth one is great, it just feels like they're all over the place. They jump from the Dominican Republic to Panama, then over to Los Angeles, and even hit Mexico... like, guys, just pick a spot and stick to it...

The first one, definitely. There’s just this specific feel-good vibe once the credits roll—even if you look closely, you’ll find plenty of plot holes and logic gaps... but it just pulls you into that world regardless. The atmosphere is magnetic; I don't think anyone watches that movie without wanting to hit up a street race or own a Ford Mustang that can outrun a Ferrari. It wraps up logically and satisfyingly enough to stand alone. As for the second installment, it's worth a watch just for Eva Mendes—as other users here have pointed out.

I didn't actually hate Tokyo Drift; it was just such a massive departure from the first two that most people probably couldn't stomach the change. Though, the idea of bringing Vin Diesel into that one sounded much better on paper.

I sat through the fourth and fifth ones, and honestly, five minutes in, I couldn't even recall two full scenes—now? I can't remember a single thing. It feels like they were churned out solely to keep the franchise alive and milk the fame of the original movie for cash. I couldn't even finish the sixth one... after that part where some character flips onto the roof of a BMW and somehow still steers the car from the top.

I remember watching it for the first time when I was about 12. Right after, I talked my crew from the neighborhood into a massive race. Everyone showed up with whatever they had—bikes, scooters, those little electric kid scooters... basically anything on wheels. We spent the whole day racing through the streets.🙂

I suppose every installment brings something unique to the table. The first two Fast & Furious movies offer decent street racing, and Tokyo Drift provides the drifting 😁 (though I feel like Lucas Black was a bit of a miss for his role), while Fast & Furious 4 manages to reunite the old crew...

That said, my vote probably leans more toward Fast Five. It lacks the street racing found in the original Fast & Furious, but I think it lands better overall. The direction feels sharper, the ending is improved (especially with Danza Kuduro playing), and the characters seem a bit more mature.

It seems Fast & Furious 6 didn't quite make the cut in this poll 😁. Personally, I’d say it’s the weakest link in the series. Perhaps that's a bit harsh, but the main theme song, We Own It, is actually quite good. 👍

Fast & Furious is actually kind of innovative, I guess. It’s basically the first mainstream flick that really introduces you to that whole street-racing subculture. Paul Walker and Vin Diesel totally kill it in their roles, the soundtrack is mostly phenomenal, and Tran is a great villain. A lot of people seem to love the ending, but personally, I thought it was stupid. Even stupider because Dom and the crew in the fourth one are still acting salty toward O'Conner. I mean, come on man, a cop lets you walk free and you're still being a jerk about it all these years later?
The second one is the ultimate feel-good movie if you ask me. The vibe is just so relaxed, there's so much laughing and messing around that the original almost feels depressing by comparison. Tyrese brought some fresh energy to the series, and he's definitely going to be a huge hit in the fifth and sixth ones (probably even the seventh too). The plot is a bit shaky and the acting isn't exactly Oscar-worthy, but maybe that was the point of the movie. Honestly, I didn't miss Dom at all in this one; in an atmosphere like that, he would've been a total party-pooper.
Tokyo Drift never clicked for me and it never will. I mean, okay, learning about drifting is interesting, but it's not quite exciting enough to base an entire movie solely on that. And the casting for the lead? Total disaster. Just awful. You've got Lucas Black playing a high schooler who looks like he's thirty and talking with this heavy Southern accent. I read somewhere they passed on Walker because he was too old—which, yeah, I guess they profited from picking someone 7 or 8 years younger, though he's still way too old for the target audience anyway.
Fast & Furious 4 is just a mess. In my opinion, it's the weakest link. It jumps from one location to another, the races are incredibly unrealistic (even Fast Five looks tame compared to this), and the plot is so forgettable that I can barely remember it... Actually, let's just pretend it doesn't exist.
Fast Five brought Dwayne into the mix and that was a massive win. Dwayne probably carried about 50% of that movie on his back. I don't really have any major complaints about it.
The sixth one is like a Looney Tunes version of Good job in Italy. Aside from the usual solid performances from Dwayne and Tyrese, the movie was pretty bad. Maybe the first five and last five minutes were worth watching, but the rest was just mindless entertainment.

If I had to rank them: 1.)Fast Five 2.)Fast & Furious 3.)F&F 2 4.)F&F 6 5.)Tokyo Drift 6.)F&F 4

It’d be sick if they did a Fast & Furious movie featuring Diesel engines and those massive bridge jumps—that’s just how the rules work. Honestly, I can't find a better film than that. Peace.
I dig the parts where they're running for their lives. Like when they're being chased down. Zakoon.
The girls are great in those too.
It would be pretty solid if they filmed one with semi-trucks.

hehe, we used to try and grow out facial hair right after seeing "Day of Thunder" starring Tom Cruise... some guys actually failed miserably.

The first F&F movie practically sparked that whole subculture here in the States; around that time, a few car tuning magazines started popping up—though most didn't last very long. I used to pick up one called Auto + , which featured some decent examples of the tuning scene back then, even if they mostly just "copied" the style straight from the movie.

For me and my friends, it wasn't just about bikes—we had all kinds of rides. I actually owned a scooter like this ,and one guy on my block had a gas-powered one like this http://mefast.com/Goped/Goped2.jpg (that thing would have smoked us all; it hit about 30 mph, while mine only did 20), plus everyone else was on bicycles or scooters.

I also remember how many tuners you'd see hitting the streets when those first few F&F films came out about a decade ago. It ranged from total amateur setups to legitimate builds that looked like they stepped right out of an F&F movie or a Need for Speed game.

This whole franchise has turned into absolute garbage. 🤦 You might as well watch the first three and just shut it off. 👍 Seriously... 🙂
