So, here’s the deal... I woke up a couple of days ago with this sharp pain on the front of my foot, right behind the big toe—it's my right foot, if that matters
. Now that summer break has finally kicked in, I’ve been hitting the local park courts every single day for basketball 😉. I’m out there grinding for two or three hours at a time, which obviously means a ton of jumping and sprinting
. On top of all that, I’ve been doing plyometrics to boost my vertical. Basically, I am jumping and running constantly. My foot isn't swollen or bruised or anything; it just hurts like hell when I walk, even though it doesn't actually hurt when I touch it. I'm totally lost—did I just overdo it with all the jumping, or is it something else? I wear high-end basketball sneakers, so I don't think it's the shoes, though I have flat feet, but that's been an issue for about five years now
. I NEED HELP ASAP!!! I need to get back on the court as soon as possible
. Not to brag or anything, but I'm 15 and I can already dunk, and I am absolutely not letting my vertical drop 😉
