Raymond Wright said:well sure ...there are also cell phones you can use to coordinate meeting spots, hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ha

...which also pass through various servers, hierarchies, and whatnot...
🙂
Look, let's be real here, private messages on a forum are only as secure as any other data sitting on a server
and since there isn't some foolproof way to prove a breach to the general public—just stay sharp and watch what you type

You've got a point there, hollowtrucker77... you really have to keep an eye on everything.

Seriously though, private messages on this forum are only as secure as everything else sitting on these servers.
And since there’s basically no way to actually prove that to the general public—just stay smart and watch what you type.
😁

Man, you really started off strong just to fuel even more paranoia among the forum crowd, didn't you? 😍

you absolute idiot 🤣

What are you talking about?
You can all read the Prime Minister's messages, so I don't understand why you're hiding this from the members.
I'm not targeting you directly, but they are readable, and you know that just as well as I do. If you actually don't know, send me a PM. I'll show you something privately rather than posting it here.

Maria Wilson2, here is the link to your posts.
Sure, it’s possible. Anything can be done if you try, but the big shots usually hate talking about it. 🙂

Say it here in front of everyone.

Fine, I'll step up too. I actually want to know. 😁

The people on this forum are too terrified to just come out and say it. Not that long ago, if I recall correctly, there was a link floating around here that laid everything out in plain English—step by step—showing exactly how you can read the Prime Minister's transcripts and records, so I don't get why everyone is acting like it’s some state secret. It shouldn't be this much of a struggle to admit. At the end of the day, users have a fundamental right to know exactly what kind of platform they’re stepping onto, but around here, that transparency is being completely choked off.

Look, don't take his word for anything, even if he tells you the sun is out and it's high noon. There is way more going on behind the scenes than what we're seeing on the surface.

The Prime Minister can be held accountable.

Oh, you better believe they can.
The thing is, the link is acting up so I can't drop it right here for you guys: 😕

showthread.php?t=522 (that’s the address for the page—not sure why the whole URL won't work, but everything you need is laid out there)

Basically, it explains how the Prime Minister can be held responsible, and honestly, it all just boils down to whether the person holding that office actually has a shred of integrity. They absolutely can be called out.

Oh, man, now I see where this is coming from...
They clearly don't want people finding out, so they scrubbed it. Total censorship.

It’s clear the Prime Minister can read these posts, and I don't know why people find it so hard to accept. Users have a right to know which forums they are visiting, yet that transparency is being denied here.

There is no reason for them to be afraid to admit it. Stop talking nonsense; everyone knows it's possible, and now they've finally admitted it, so they aren't hiding anything. I suspect they are simply too honest to actually read them, even though they have the ability.

Few forums would ever admit to such things, making this one uniquely honest. If they claim they aren't reading the threads, I believe them, regardless of whether they technically could.

Is this thread just for clones?
It’s a bit suspicious how these brand-new users seem to know all the dirty little secrets already. 😁

Maria Wilson2 said:Why would they even bother hiding it? Look, quit acting like you don't know—everyone knows it's possible, and now they’ve basically admitted it, so they aren't keeping secrets anymore. Honestly, I think they have enough integrity to actually skip reading those parts, even though they totally could if they wanted to.

It's pretty rare to find a forum that actually owns up to stuff like this, but this site seems to be one of those few honest ones out there, and if they claim they aren't reading the threads, I'm willing to take their word for it, even if they technically have the ability to read them.

Give me a break, you're totally misreading the situation here. Where on earth are you seeing an "admission"? All I see is a bunch of people trying to wash their hands of the whole thing and nothing more. Don't act like an expert when you clearly haven't got a clue what's actually going on.

So, I have to hand it to them, the whole setup is actually pretty clever if you think about it.
😁
For those who aren't quite in the loop: the plan was basically to bait people from that other forum by stirring up a little bit of paranoia over here.

They can't really ban you, especially not for some harmless chatting through a private message. However, if you're using those private messages to tell other registered users on this site to go migrate over to some other platform, then getting sanctioned—if someone actually reports those messages—is totally fair game (correct me if I'm wrong). As for me, I just deleted the messages myself instead of dragging them to the moderators. 🙂

Furthermore, it’s just not cool to take advantage of the hospitality we offer here on this forum by doing things like: a) making baseless claims that the mods are deleting all your posts without cause, b) crying censorship when you don't get your way, or c) recruiting people to jump ship to other boards. In short, what you've been doing—even in just a handful of posts—is nothing more than basic spamming and a blatant attempt to smear the reputation of this community. 🙂

edit:

@hollowtrucker77/">@@hollowtrucker77

I figured that out even before you did. Pucan leads, hollowtrucker77 0:2, honestly, good job. No irony intended. 😁

We drifted a bit too far off course here... lost sight of what you were actually saying. But honestly, as far as I'm concerned, we don't even need to keep this debate going. Maybe we shouldn't have let things get this heated in the first place. It was all just unnecessary noise.
