Clash of the Titans (2010)

Honestly, people, have you lost your minds? This isn't some groundbreaking new game; it's just a remake of the 1981 film.

Look, I get it, it’s a remake, but let’s be honest: God of War set the gold standard for anything touching on Greek mythology 😁. ...The second I saw Liam Neeson cast as Zeus, I thought, "Hell yeah!" But then I had to wonder... why on earth doesn't he have the classic white hair and beard? 😁 Hehe... And if I'm reading the trailer correctly, Ralph Fiennes is playing Poseidon... though I think IMDb already confirmed that, and honestly, I can't be bothered to go check right now.

The film was quite underwhelming, to be honest.

I was just sitting here thinking that someone really ought to make a movie about Kratos from God of War, you know? I imagine it would be this incredible story about a fallen Spartan warrior, maybe even a bit dark, with his whole body covered in the ashes of his wife and kids, and then he’s got these blades chained right to his hands... honestly, it sounds absolutely fantastic to me. I mean, I guess if they did it right, it could be amazing, especially since I always thought Clash of the Titans was such a good film.

Just finished the movie.

Decent enough, but nothing to write home about.
