Need help interpreting ANA (antinuclear antibody) test results?

Can someone please walk me through what these actually mean?

ANF (anti-nuclear antibodies) - positive
ANF (anti-nuclear antibodies) - weakly positive
ANF (anti-nuclear antibodies) - negative

Those tests are usually ordered when there’s a suspicion of autoimmune issues or rheumatic conditions... They don't really mean much on their own; you have to look at them alongside the actual clinical symptoms.

Ah, I get you. Mine came back weakly positive. If it actually helps, I can give you my other clinical results too.
