Jean Todt or Hannu Mikkola?

The race for the new FIA president is heating up. We’ve got two candidates on the table: Jean Todt and Hannu Mikkola. I guess it comes down to who you guys are backing.

I cast my vote for Jean Todt

Formula 1 has always been a bit of a mess, so why would I expect anything different in the future? 🙏

When it comes to the Ball, it's all just a masquerade 😬 why bother with Surveys? Jean Todt was a done deal ages ago, and even if he wasn't, everyone would just be dancing to whatever tune Bernie plays anyway.☕

In my two decades of following Formula 1, Jean Todt has probably been the single most irritating figure I've had to deal with. It’s right up there with Hannu Mikkola.

If the FIA actually ran a Gallup poll among fans, even if Jean Todt got 99.99% of the vote, I guarantee Max Verstappen and Bernie Ecclestone would just order them to pick Mika Salo instead 🤣. Basically, the more the crowd wants something, the more those guys push against it 😬.

And trust me, Bernie is definitely lurking on Reddit 😂.
