So, about three months ago, I pulled my left groin—nothing major, just enough to make me sit tight for a bit. I thought I’d rested it off, but honestly? It never quite felt 100% back to normal 🤷... then, naturally, I decided to jump back into some soccer games on the turf 🙄, and yeah, yesterday that decision really came back to haunt me.
I can feel that groin area acting up again. It’s not like a stabbing pain or anything, but it’s definitely sensitive enough that if I press on it with my finger, it hurts.
So, what's the move here? Is it smart to just slather some Biofreeze on it, maybe try some light massage, or am I totally off base?
If anyone’s dealt with this or knows what works, please let me know 🙂

I mean, yeah... just try massaging it with some kind of topical stuff... maybe some Voltaren or even one of those warming gels... like Deep Relief or whatever you can find at CVS... then grab a heating pad with some warm water and just take it easy. Honestly, just total rest for the next couple of days. That’s the move.

Thanks 😉
