Look, if he filed a complaint, it’s only logical that he’d be appealing against the decision made by the person who hit him with the ban. Having that same person just repeat the exact same thing they sent in his private messages when he got banned isn't actually addressing the complaint. Or is it, in your opinion?

From what I can see in your posts both there and here, I don't think you've even grasped the basic purpose or the core theme of this discussion. If it really bothers you that much, just skip it! From my perspective, nobody else seems to mind, and it isn't breaking any of the rules.

With stuff like that, the smartest move is just to stay silent and avoid getting sucked into some endless shouting match, no matter who the target is or what they're arguing about. Smart and Tyndall are going to handle the heavy lifting; for the rest of us, it’s better to just mind our own business and stay out of drama that doesn't involve us. That’s really the whole point of this new CSX setup: cutting down on the infinite back-and-forth bickering so we can focus on actually resolving legitimate comment complaints.

And honestly, while we're on the subject, maybe you could do me a little favor too—it wouldn't hurt if you stepped in every once in a while to help expand my application with some extra details, since, let's face it, I'm still pretty much an amateur at this stuff.

So, can someone please tell me where I can actually file a formal complaint about a warning I got? Every time I try to submit a comment complaint, it just gets wiped out immediately.

Here’s the whole deal...

Basically, I was handed this totally bogus warning, which even the moderator realized was a mistake. But, instead of just admitting he messed up—God forbid!—he talked to the admin and deleted that specific warning, but then he went and turned a yellow card from my other post into a red one just to spite me. Like, purely to punish me. Even though it was originally yellow! And now he’s basically threatening that from now on, he’s just gonna go straight to red cards. Okay, fine, whatever happens in the future, but you can't just apply that retroactively!

It's just not right.

Where can I go to complain without my post getting nuked?

Being intellectually honest means not being aggressive and actually owning up to mistakes.

I was hit with a totally baseless penalty, which even the moderator involved realized was a mistake. But instead of admitting he messed up, he worked with the admin to wipe the initial penalty, only to turn a yellow warning from a different post into a red strike. It felt purely punitive. He originally gave me a yellow, then flipped it to red just to punish me. Now he’s even threatening to skip straight to red next time. Fine, if he wants to act like that in the future, that's his business—but you can't apply those rules retroactively.

It's just not right.

Where can I go to complain without my message being scrubbed?
