So I’ve got this wedding coming up this Saturday and—of course—I’ve gone and developed hemorrhoids.

I already picked up some Preparation H, some hemorrhoid cream, and some horse chestnut ointment

but what actually works to kill the pain? I’m gonna be dancing and sitting through a whole damn reception!

Is it better to just stay in bed and chill, or should I keep moving around to get things flowing?

And should I be cleaning my ass way more often during the day, even if I haven't actually used the bathroom?

What’s the best way to stop the pain? I’m going to have to dance and sit through a reception.

Should I just stay in bed and rest, or should I keep moving? Is sitting better for recovery?

And do I need to clean myself multiple times a day regardless of whether I actually went to the bathroom?

Avoid sitting at all costs, and you should probably try washing with cold water...

What’s actually going to stop the pain, because I’m expected to dance and sit through a reception!

And am I supposed to be cleaning things up multiple times a day regardless of whether I've actually used the restroom?

My suggestion—try some St. John's Wort oil.

can I just mix a bunch of different fats together at once or should I play it safe?
i wash myself with cold water in the shower after i go to the bathroom—would it be any good to do that more often regardless of whether i actually went?

Those cactus oil wipes you grab at CVS alongside some St. John's Wort oil? Absolute game changer. Honestly, they’re so good a doctor might actually write them in your prescription.
