Adobe Premiere Pro

So... I just downloaded this software today, and I'm still trying to wrap my head around how it works. I've been sitting here for three hours trying to upload an HQ version of a video to YouTube, but absolutely nothing is happening. I mean, I've hit upload, but the video simply refuses to load. It keeps giving me that message: "You can watch this video after it finishes processing." I actually waited two full days for a single video, and it's still not working. xD
At this point, I am certain there is a serious problem here. 😁
Does anyone have any advice? 😉

I'm trying to whip up an HD video for YouTube and I really want to export it as a WMV file. But every time I try to convert it to that format, I just get this error saying there are no templates available for this format.
Maybe it's because I only have one clip and a song in the timeline or something??
