So, about two weeks ago, I started noticing this weird skin reaction right around my eyes—it looks a bit like a small rash, I suppose. It first showed up on one eye, just these tiny little red spots that wouldn't go away; they faded a little bit, but they never really cleared up completely.
Then, last night, I noticed the exact same thing happening next to my other eye.
In terms of my routine, I haven't actually changed anything. I'm using the same cleanser, the same moisturizer, and the same eye cream... I even stopped wearing any makeup around my eyes altogether, just to be safe.
It doesn't really itch or sting, but it just won't budge, and honestly, it's not very pretty... and I have absolutely no clue what it could be.🤷
Does anyone happen to know what I might be dealing with here?

Around the eye or right on it—are we talking sclera?

Just snap a quick photo of the eye or even just the skin surrounding it and upload it to an image host so we can actually see what’s going on.

It could be petechiae—those tiny little burst capillaries that pop up from physical strain—think things like intense coughing, heavy lifting, vomiting, or even just straining during a bowel movement. Have you noticed any similar little red dots anywhere else on your face or inside your mouth?

So, I’m specifically talking about the skin right around my eyes—you know, that delicate area where you normally dab on eye cream? It's exactly where those first little laugh lines are supposed to show up. There aren't any changes anywhere else on my body, and it's definitely not some sort of allergy that's spreading... it's just this very localized reaction, though I honestly have no clue what could have caused it.
but, I guess the silver lining is that it seems to be clearing up on its own already.🙂
thanks for the help anyway 🙂
