How do I become a mod?

Look, I don't know, man, but I've got plenty of posts under my belt—I'm constantly helping people out with software issues and tech support stuff—so they could totally just make me a moderator for the software or IT help desk section!

Some people seem to be under the impression that I don't hold a moderator position here😠

But I assure you, I am indeed a moderator. Is there some sort of requirement for me to present formal evidence of my status?☕

The truth is exactly how you're painting it. And here I was thinking my sarcasm wouldn't even be noticed. You really went out of your way to make sure everyone knows I'm not a moderator anymore.
Otherwise, I would've just been one more name on the long list of mods who moved on. 🙏
