Complaining isn't going to get you anywhere. You’ve got to put in the work: hit the gym, stay consistent with your training, and actually watch what you eat! Let's be real—you aren't going to burn off stubborn fat just by following some fad diet.

Look, I know this isn't some overnight transformation... I’m not trying to drop 10 pounds in a month just to pack on 20 more the following week... I want to actually change my lifestyle, and honestly, that's the hardest part of the whole thing.

The most important thing is that you already have the mindset to fix your habits—that’s half the battle right there. There’s a ton of stuff on this forum, so you should be able to find whatever works for you easily.

Good luck.🙂

It’s all mental.

Edit: You don't just drop the weight through dieting, you gotta hit the gym too. Maybe try running, swimming, dancing, or even playing some volleyball.

No pain, no gain—or as we say in the States: no sweat, no success. Believe me, if you aren't breaking a sweat, you aren't getting any real results.

Keith Harris, you said everything I’ve been struggling with and everything I would have written myself!
You mentioned how much you absolutely love bread and that you just can't live without it. I used to feel exactly the same way, but honestly, I haven't had even a single crumb in about two weeks now. I initially tried substituting it with toast, but lately, I've even moved away from that—only having it once in a while. It’s strange, because I don't miss it constantly anymore; it doesn't feel like such an intense craving. I still love the taste, I really do, but I've stopped eating it because it just sits so poorly with me compared to other foods. It seems to be the one thing that consistently makes me feel bloated or heavy. For me, the issue with bread is actually much more bothersome than my cravings for sweets ever were.

Hey, Keith Harris! Honestly, there’s something about knowing you aren't fighting this alone—it really does help. I know for a fact that having that kind of support would have made a world of difference during some of those major turning points in my own life. Anyway, look around... you can see there are tons of people here standing behind you. Consider me one of them. Just keep pushing forward. And hey, when things start feeling a bit too heavy, don't be a stranger—reach out so we can pull you through! 🙂

Hey there, so I stepped on the scale today and honestly? I was pretty shaken up by what I saw. Seeing those numbers staring back at me was a total wake-up call, so I’ve officially decided that starting tomorrow, I am getting serious about this diet. I really hope I can stick to it this time, because, let's be real, I'm just tired of looking in the mirror and feeling this way...
