HELP!!! My gallbladder is killing me...

Hey everyone. Since last September, I’ve been dealing with swollen lymph nodes in the back of my neck—it started with just one, then another, and now I’m counting four. Now, they've started popping up in the front too, around my throat and under my jaw. I’ve already seen two different primary care doctors. They ran blood work and basically told me everything looks fine, except for some elevated eosinophils. My doctor suggested it’s just an allergic reaction somewhere.😕
Since that didn't really sit right with me, I went to see an ENT. They also gave me the "all clear," claiming it’s probably just some viral infection that I never quite shook off—though honestly, I’m having a hard time believing that given it's been eight months already🤷!!
I'm feeling pretty lost on whether I should push for a third opinion. My gut is telling me something is actually wrong here. I’m feeling this constant pressure and stinging sensation around my ear, and my whole body just feels... off. To be honest, I'm starting to worry about Hodgkin's lymphoma.😕
I've cycled through various rounds of antibiotics and nothing has worked. I'm just exhausted all the time. I don't know... what do you guys suggest I do next?

What’s the deal with those swollen lymph nodes? Like, are they hard or what? Do they move around if you touch them, and does it actually hurt? Honestly, even if your blood work looks fine at first, that doesn't mean you're totally in the clear—not necessarily. If you're spiraling and freaking out that it might be lymphoma or something, you could just go to a private lab and get these specific tests done to settle your mind.
