Hey everyone, has anyone actually managed to get their money back yet?

The company I bought two tickets from basically went belly up, and now they're claiming there’s absolutely no way for me to get a refund...

Who are you referring to when you say "the company"?
Are you talking about the concert agency that was trying to put this show together, or the specific vendor who sold you the tickets?

I noticed the promoter's site doesn't have any upcoming shows listed, even though the same crew is handling several tours over the next few months without naming a specific agency in the ads. It’s possible they just re-registered under a new name and aren't public about it yet. 🤷

Anyway, my advice is to track down whoever is promoting these upcoming gigs and ask them what the deal is regarding refunds for Ian Brown:

I’m worried about Arsomnia being the ones organizing the Napalm Death show at The Fillmore-Metalsound. Aside from the venue itself being a questionable choice—bad acoustics and all that—their management could really ruin the night, just look at how they handled Nile... We can't do that to Napalm Death 😢

Here, I'll copy-paste a summary from another forum:

I don't think this is about the Middle East; it’s just about the reach and judgment of individual promoters. This happens everywhere.

I don't understand why Nota didn't hire standard venue security instead of those aggressive thugs who clearly have zero respect for anything other than mainstream pop, whose brains seem to be a total mess—kind of like that risotto-quality sound we heard earlier.

In my experience, venue security guards are great people; nobody ever has issues with them, and they've seen enough metal shows to actually understand the scene.

I don't know what the hell Pistachio, Hum, and the rest were thinking, putting on such a sloppy concert in an industrial zone with zero promotion, no respect for the band from Mexico, massive delays, no catering for the performers, and no actual safety for the crowd, not to mention everything else.

All the current metal promoters (Twilight, The Fillmore-Metalsound, Magnifying Glass, Uriel) do a fantastic job, but Note to watch out for future organizers. If the club hadn't been decently packed last night, the whole thing would have been a disaster.

Basically, the concert at the Boogaloo industrial site, with guards beating people and sound that barely exists, isn't a concert—it's just stealing money from an unsuspecting audience.

There, that's the problem.🙂

The actual organizing company collapsed—Arsomnia is a completely different entity now regarding staff and management🙂
Everyone who bought tickets has been refunded. I'll personally guarantee that. For the few who haven't, just flip the ticket over and read the fine print on the back🙂
Hopefully, that clarifies why some hasn't happened yet...

If there are any other issues, just email me. Someone leaked my info, even though that part of the job isn't mineI have absolutely nothing to do with this, but I'm happy to pass your inquiries along to the right person.

P.s. If anyone calls my cell to harass me or make threats, I'm calling the police. I record all my calls for documentation. Don't make this difficult for either of us; we're all adults here😁 everything can be settled civilly🙂

Just a quick copy-paste from the public business registry records, so it's all out there in the open.

The former organizer was NOTA Concerts LLC (they also have a non-profit under the same "responsible" individual).

Board members: Hrvoje hum and Mary Coric.

The new organizer is Island Music LLC (or basically Arsomnia).
Board members: Mary hum (yeah, that’s the same Mary from above, who apparently married the aforementioned Hrvoje hum in the meantime).

So, they are legitimately different organizers. 🙄
